GEC Mentorship Formats
Here are the different mentorship approaches for the GEC Mentorship Program:

1. General 1:1 Mentorship and Networking
-
During the first few weeks, the mentors and the mentees engage in 1:1 sessions.
-
These sessions cover introductions, career growth discussions, strategies to achieve career goals, and guidance on navigating the engineering landscape.
-
This phase focuses on building a strong mentor-mentee connection and establishing a foundation for mentorship and networking.

2. Ignite Series
-
GEC organizes a series of online seminars, workshops, summits, panel discussions, and an "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) series.
-
These events target specific topics relevant to the program such as resume building, pursuing higher education perspectives, job search tips, and more.
-
Mentees gain access to specialized knowledge and insights from experts in their respective fields, enhancing their skills and career prospects.

3. Flash Mentorship / Mentee Connect to any Mentor (Need Basis)
-
Mentees have the flexibility to schedule calls with any 2 GEC mentors available in the portfolio list.
-
They can review mentors' profiles to identify the most suitable mentor for discussions related to their specific education or career goals.
-
Additionally, mentees can reach out to the GEC team for guidance in areas where they need help.
-
This approach offers personalized support, catering to the unique needs of each mentee.

4. GEC Community (Lifetime)
-
The GEC Community serves as an expansive forum comprising GEC community members, mentors, and mentees.
-
It provides a platform for discussing emerging trends and socio-economic developments in the engineering field.
-
The community encourages spontaneous discussions, questions in an open forum, and mutual support.
-
Mentees are encouraged to actively engage with this community, tapping into a wealth of resources and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

These mentorship approaches collectively contribute to a comprehensive and holistic mentorship program within GEC, fostering growth, networking, and continuous learning for all participants.
