The GEC Mentorship Program connect engineering students with seasoned engineers across varied career fields, aiming to close the gap between academic learning and professional career goals. Helps students gain necessary skills to thrive in the multifaceted environment they'll face after graduation -  be it in a tech job, higher education, entrepreneurship, or social services. The program fosters personalized, one-on-one mentoring relationships that encourage shared learning and an exchange of perspectives between mentors and mentees at varying stages of their careers.
